The restaurant was clearly busy, so took some time to take the food order and for the food to arrive. Food was tasty, but could have been warmer. Portion size was pretty small. Overall, it was OK, but seemed quite expensive. Won’t be rushing back.

Multiple items were missing from the... read more The restaurant seemed understaffed. We waited a long time for our plates to be cleaned from our table, after both courses. Multiple items were missing from the menu when we visited too. Some of our drinks were flat and, while they were replaced, the replacements were also under carbonated. Our celebration dinner wasn't much the fanfare we'd hoped. Having visited other chain restaurants we were expecting some sort of special birthday dessert or drink of some kind. Alas, nothing arrived and we paid our bill with some plates still on our table. The food coming from the kitchen was of a good standard and the waiting staff friendly when they were at our table but, I probably won't go back. This was the 2nd time in 3 weeks the restaurant has underperformed, in my opinion.
