We only noticed t... read more I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the BBQ Korean chicken. The dish came with three pieces of chicken, but the fries were missing. We only noticed this after we had already left the restaurant and the staff were all too busy to address the issue. I decided to email the headquarters about the missing fries and they acknowledged that the meal was not complete. However, they suggested that I call to get a refund for the fries. I found this suggestion to be insulting and declined. In times like these, good customer service is essential. Mistakes happen, but it's important to make an effort to make things right for the customer.

My daughter and I waited.. and waited.. and waited to be seated as staff were far too busy chatting to each other, they knew we were waiting because I made eye contact with more than one member of staff !! We were finally seated and ordered our food and drinks. Drinks arrived promptly as did our starters.. minus cutlery, so we ate our sweet potato wedges with our fingers. Main course arrived.. again minus cutlery, which I had to ask the server for, it was then brought over, in napkins with stains on them ..!!starter plates were still sat on the table.. they were still there when we left. The bread what contained the chicken burger was absolutely rock hard and uneatable, the chicken on both the burgers was cold and definitely had the wrong sauce on, we ordered medium but this was much hotter than medium.. so that was uneaten along with the bread. Also the young blonde on meet and greet (11/03/22) 4.40pm needs to stop messing with her hair, checking for split ends in a restaurant where you work is an absolute no no !!
