Regrettably, this restaurant has been repeatedly called out in local Facebook vegan groups for taking money for catering services and not delivering. Customers have been blocked on all platforms after raising complaints. Additionally, there have been allegations of the restaurant purchasing food from Costco and passing it off as their own. This deceitful business practices make it untrustworthy. The most recent incident involved a fraud of over £1,100, leaving a couple and their 100 guests without food and forcing them to resort to non-vegan options from Dominos. This behavior is truly shocking and concerning.

I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. Rachel is a fantastic and generous lady, and the food is incredible. They currently only offer delivery and do not have a physical location. The vegan lasagna is the best I have ever had, and the chips are amazing. The cake boxes and picnic boxes are lovely with many little touches, high quality food, and beautiful cakes. I highly recommend supporting this restaurant.

I have not had the opportunity to visit the restaurant in person, but we decided to indulge in an afternoon tea for New Year's Eve. It was fantastic! There was a wide variety of delicious treats, and everything was of high quality. I was particularly impressed by the sandwiches, which went beyond the typical vegan options of cucumber or hummus. The cheese and pickle, pastrami, and other sandwich options showed a real effort to provide a diverse and tasty selection. The cheese and crackers were also delicious. Overall, everything was amazing.

Love the vegan roast from Delphine. Has absolutely everything on it, all delicious, and all vegan. They are now a veggie/vegan business and opening up in new premises sometime in November 2021.

There are a lot of vegan options at Delphine I was really excited to try the vegan fish and chips but the vegan fish (made of banana blossom I believe) was a huge disappointment for me: Texture was not similar to fish; it was much more wet and a little slimy compared to real fish Had fake 'bones '? There was parts that could not be chewed and looked similar to the bones found in fish, but normally the fish in fish and chips doesn 't have bones, so I 'm a bit confused whether the 'bones ' were part of the banana blossom or placed in there on purpose.. I found the taste to be a little sour which I did not expect nor like The lady I spoke to on the phone (to reserve/pre order a vegan fish) was really lovely though! I enjoyed the chips and mushy peas. I think the 'fish ' was wrapped in nori seaweed, then coated in batter I enjoyed the taste of the nori seaweed and I can see how that helped make it taste more 'fishy ', but I found the unexpected wetness and sour flavour too overwhelming with each bite.
