I would recommend avoiding the buffet at this restaurant as there were very limited choices and no options for vegetarians. The selection included spring rolls, dried up prawn toast, satay chicken skewers for starters, and fried tofu, sweet and sour chicken, and what looked like remnants of sticky spare ribs for mains. Most of the tureens were empty except for congealed sticky sauce at the bottom, overcooked noodles, and unappetizing fried rice. The staff claimed they were replenishing the tureens but only brought out crispy seaweed and deep fried sweet and sour chicken. Dessert options included cupcakes, cut-up oranges, sliced melon, and marshmallows, with the excuse from staff being that the boss ordered the wrong food. Despite the disappointing buffet, the only redeeming factor was the Chinese tea, for which I give one star.

I have visited several all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurants across the country, and I can confidently say that this one was the worst I have ever been to. Unfortunately, after dining here with three others, we all ended up getting food poisoning. The restaurant lacked ambiance, the food was extremely greasy and flavorless, and overall, I deeply regret going. While it may be inexpensive, the quality of the food is subpar. My recommendation is to dine elsewhere.

Jumbo is one of the many Chinese buffet restaurants in Sheffield. Like most of them, it has a time limit for customers at their tables, but we didn't stay long enough for it to be an issue. The restaurant feels a bit cramped with too many tables, but the food is decent. They offer typical Chinese buffet dishes like deep fried starters and sweet and sour chicken at a reasonable price.

Just all you can eat and its deep fried, full of E numbers and perservatives. Not at all authentic. It makes one wonder whether any of the people who go there have discerning palletts

Jumbos is and all you can eat chinese resturant and is located opposite the crucible theater.I've eaten here many times before a night out with friends and never been dissapionted. The selection of food is very good and food is hot, well cooked and the food display area is clean.Staff are quite friendly and are happy to bring drinks rather than getting up to the bar, they also have a min eating time but this rules isnt set in stone and i have gone way over this limit before.Seating is a little cramped but the resturant on a whole isnt huge, dont let this put you off,the place does not get to full capacity and they also have seating upstairs. The turnover of customers is excellent and dinnertime specials are very good value. They also are happy to accept booking and partys,a friend of mine had a party there and they dont mind pulling seats together and brining out a cake for the birthday boy or girl. This resturant is much better than Number buffet further down the road.
