Introducing mum to Bengali cuisine. The staff were really helpful. Great advice. She loved the food. Great work guy’s happy to recommend this long standing local business.
I had a bit of a wait as the restaurant was busy but it was well worth it. The lamb jalfrezi was beautiful and the naan was soft and fresh. Beautiful food and I got a free beer with my order
I had a wonderful dining experience at Bayleaves last night. The food was delicious and my partner, who is vegetarian, had a great selection of veg starters for her main course. She was impressed by the fresh vegetables in her dishes and found Bayleaves to be a good option for her. I enjoyed the chicken and prawn special, which was excellent. The service was also fantastic. We will definitely be returning to Bayleaves.
The lamb vindaloo, garlic naan, and garlic rice were all excellent at this restaurant!
We reviewed this restaurant last year when we were new to the area and it was better than average. Tried it a couple more times since and not been disappointed and so we recommended it for a big family takeaway. The result was a great success the food was great, staff were efficient and very friendly and the price compared favourably with local competition (except there is none! . The onion bhajis were universally popular and the chicken dansak, chicken tikka, vegetable methi, saag balti and bombay aloo were all spot on. All in all this is definitely worth a recommendation and we shall be using it more often in future.
