I... read more The woman on the phone was quite rude initially, but then pretended to hang up while she talked negatively about me to her colleagues with the phone still on. I have experience working in a restaurant and understand that dealing with customers can be challenging, but if they can't at least pretend to be polite during a phone call, they should consider a job that doesn't involve customer service. However, the food was delicious and the restaurant owners, as well as the other staff members, were friendly in the past.
