Waited over a hour for a table while people just coming in got seated before we did.
Freezing cold in dining area... had to wear coat and hat. Bakery server left us in the midst of waiting on us to talk on the phone and just left us hanging. Nobody waited on us after waiting a long time so we walked out.
My wife and I decided to try this restaurant for a lunch date. The atmosphere is reminiscent of Cracker Barrel, featuring vintage decor and unique lighting. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. I ordered the steak and chicken with a loaded baked potato, while my wife chose the French toast. Our meals arrived fairly quickly, but the portion sizes were disappointing for the prices charged. The steak was about what you'd expect from a filet, but the chicken breast was quite small, and the baked potato was also tiny. The French toast appeared decent, but my wife remarked that it had a taste reminiscent of the grill. Despite finishing our meals, we both left feeling hungry, which is surprising considering our bill was $55. On a positive note, our server was excellent and attentive. Perhaps we just visited at an off time, but we had hoped for a better experience.
