Known for pizza. They are a midwestern convenience store. That sell gasoline and diesel. Decent selection of drinks and snacks. Most of them now have sub shops in them. If they do have the fresh subs. It's far better than subway. The newer style stores are very spaces with a little dine in area. Convenient bathroom areas.
This Casey’s is rough to say the least. The biggest issue is they NEVER have food ready. If you go at 8 am there’s no breakfast food ready. If they have pizza available by the slice, it’s always the same kind, sausage. The pizza warmer has several racks available for different types of pizza, but the most they’ll ever have is 1-2 pizzas and it’s always the same kind as previously mentioned. They advertise their kitchen like it’s great and ready for on-the-go, but it’s not. They really need to better manage this store/kitchen. It’s very rough compared to our other Casey’s nearby.
The female cashier was very friendly and chatty with my boyfriend, but she was quite rude when she spoke to me, even though we were both addressing her in the same way.
I am very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. This is my third time ordering pizza in a month, and each time there has been some sort of problem. The first time, my order wasn't even ready, and I ended up waiting longer just for a pizza that looked like a toddler had cut it. The second time, I had to wait over an hour for my food. This time, I placed an online order and went to pick it up, but they had no idea that my order was even in the system because they forgot to put paper in the machine. Come on, people!
