I dined in and chose a different type of meal this time. The experience was wonderful! The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a full 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant contributed greatly to the overall experience, making it another 5. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal in a fantastic setting, all at a reasonable price of $10-20 per person.

The older brown-haired waitress with her hair tied in a bun is always rude to me and my family! When I asked for silverware, she said very rudely to me, don 't worry about it, you don 't need it right now! Once, I found a piece of hair in my food, told this blonde high schooler who was working there, she said we 'll look into it. She then manages to laugh and giggle like it 's not a big deal! River Park Family Restauraunt, please fire that brunette and blonde waitress! They are rude and unprofessional! I don 't pay with my hard earned money to have your staff bully my family! You have lost our business... possibly for good!

We use to go here very often but have slowly stopped going for this reason below. My girlfriend and I stopped for breakfast. We have been typically sharing meals since most places serve so much. Now I mind you, we have shared meals at this restaurant before this is important. We had a Denver Skillet and we were just going to share from the bowl. The waitress brought us our food and gave us an extra plate which was kind but we didn't ask for one. She also wasn't the most friendliest, didn't ask if we needed anything else after dropping off the food. Seemed like she was miserable being there. We finish our food and get the bill. To our surprise we see an extra charge of a $1.00 for a plate??? When we went up to the counter, we questioned this charge. The man told us it is a charge for the extra plate, that we didn't even ask for in the beginning and it is for the dishwasher since they have to wash an extra plate. We have shared meals here before and got an extra plate and never got charged extra. That's a bit ridiculous!! How can you charge something like that even though we didn't ask for it in the first place. Highly considering not visiting this restaurant again but on the plus side the food was delicious.
