Wendy's - Shawnee

Great service, took a star for going out from the Brezel bake and chocolate frostys, lol. but seriously. clean charging, efficient service. the front of the house team communicated with the back and the drive thru and led rapid service during the rush I observed.

Monday 19 September at 12:54 o'clock. I tried to go in the lobby and there were two tables with customers eating inside, but I and another man tried to open the door and it was locked! wth wendys?!

Second time I have been here that the lobby is locked and there is no sign why. probably short staff. only 1 of the 2 windows is operated in the drive thru. eating is okay. not exceptional, but served hot and as ordered.

Don't go here. this place always has a problem. the area is closed and eating tastes old and evil. I visited today, hoping that it would be open instead of the car break, because my children just came out of school. the line was secured and I was told that they were closed because the manager made a customer crazy. I have heard that the manager in this load was very rude, I hope they get rid of him because they lose business from bad business practices.

I don't know what happened, but they have almost all new employees and the restaurant now sucks. Went from the best to the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.
