Great service, took off one star for being out of the pretzel bun and chocolate frostys, lol. But seriously. Clean store, efficient service. The front of the house team communicated with the back and drive thru and conducted brisk service during therush I observed.
2nd time I've been here that the lobby is locked and there is no signage as to why. Presumably short staff. Only 1 of the 2 windows is operating in drive thru. Food is okay. Not exceptional, but served hot and as ordered.
The lobby is extremely dirty, with sticky floors and tables. The soda selection is very limited, and there’s no ice available. The fries are cold, and there's a strong smell reminiscent of a sewer. I saw several flies flying around, which raises my concerns about food safety. I'm genuinely worried about the possibility of getting sick from eating here. Plus, there were no towels in the bathroom.
I finally had the chance to try the Frosty, and it was such a relief to see the machine actually working! For a while, I was beginning to wonder if this was a McDonald's! The $5 meal is fantastic and more than compensates for any other minor issues. The food is delicious and incredibly affordable. I highly recommend it!
We dined there on a busy Friday evening around 6:30 PM and experienced a significant wait for our food, which took about 25-30 minutes to arrive. Unfortunately, some of the burgers were served lukewarm. It was clear that the staff was feeling overwhelmed, likely due to being understaffed at the time.
