Sonic Drive-in - Shawnee

Unlike the Sonic in Lenexa, the one in Shawnee provided immediate service, even though it wasn't busy. The staff were not only friendly but also very pleasant to interact with. The service was outstanding, and the location is truly beautiful. I would recommend this Sonic over the one in Lenexa any day; the drive is definitely worth it!

I visited for lunch and tried the Coney dog, which was fantastic. Today they have Dollar Coney dogs on special. The service was quick, and the server who brought our food was really friendly. I definitely plan to return!

My cheeseburger order was incorrect, and after a lengthy wait, I also didn't receive the cheese sauce for my pretzel, which was the only other item I ordered. I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to go back. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time my order has been messed up.

I pressed the order button twice, and both times it was turned off, with no one coming to take our order. I eventually had to get out of the car and place our order at a picnic table. What has happened to Sonic? It used to be great, but now every visit is a disappointing experience. This isn’t the first or even the second time this has happened. This was your last chance, and we won't be returning to Sonic again.
