I ordered the salmon plate because salmon is my absolute favorite. Sushi was great! For some reason, the soy sauce was extremely salty and it was in a low sodium container? I was confused, but I irrigated it with my water and helped. Overall I was impressed! If I ever go back to Shawnee and this mall, I definitely plan to come back.

They provided those generic plastic packets you usually get with Chinese takeout, which are completely bland and just salty. My sushi lunch was spoiled without the good Kikkoman soy sauce!
