Drive thru told me it would be 30 min before they could get to my order. I told her I had a mobile order, she said it wasn't ready yet (10 min after est. Ready... read more Drive thru told me it would be 30 min before they could get to my order. I told her I had a mobile order, she said it wasn't ready yet (10 min after est. Ready time) and that I should park and go inside to wait. Wasn't keen on her condecending tone, buti give the benefit of the doubt assuming the lobby must be packed or something. I wait in the parking lot for another 10 min, goinside to an empty lobby and 3 people waiting for their mobile orders. 30 minute wait for 4 mobile orders? Short staffed? Notenough equipment to do the job? Foods good, but like every other food establishment in shawnee, it's a mess.

I recently discovered that they are on DoorDash, which... read more I have been ordering from City Bites regularly for almost two years now and I have been a fan ever since. I recently discovered that they are on DoorDash, which is great news. While not everything on the menu is to my taste, I have found that most of the items I have tried are amazing. The cookies with icing are fantastic, and I particularly enjoy the Sooner doodle and pumpkin flavors, even though I wasn't a fan of pumpkin before. The potatoes are probably the best part - always perfectly cooked, generously sized, and filled with delicious toppings. The ranch dressing on the Mesquite Chicken Spud is unexpectedly delicious. Overall, I have had a great experience with City Bites and consider them one of my top three favorite places in Shawnee since I moved here six years ago. I highly recommend giving them a try.
