After a really bad experience at #popeyes, just down the street on Troost and 63rd, I drove up to this #KFC, and had a really good experience. Although busy, the drive through moved at a reasonable pace, and my food was hot and tasty. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
the huh was terrible it looked like it was sitting among the lights for hours it was very dry and hard the so call manager did not and would not correct the problem so if they go after a doggie meal to kfc on shawne mission parkway they have many doggie meals View all feedback.
Had the 3 pieces of combo and it was great. Tiffany was very fast and friendly. I love the fact that I can dive.
I love good chicken sandwiches so I had to give a shot to the new one from KFC. It's good, much delicate chicken on it. If I had to arrange them, it would be behind the sandwiches of Chik fil A and Popeye’s, but not much.
I ordered the number two with an additional chest instead of the wing. I come back to my house and have two legs. I'll go back to the store and tell them what happened. I suppose it's a whole new meal, no! So they gave me only two breasts, so I had to take the biscuits out of one and put them in the other instead of just having a fresh meal. I'll do the extra work. Customer service really needs to be dead at KFC and not just at this.
Store was dirty. Service was slow. I was the only customer at the counter, and had a very simple order, 1 pc box. And they got it wrong. They did give me an extra cookie for my inconvenience. So... There's that I guess. I was a little uncomfortable that they took my wrong food and put it back on the line to serve again. I touched it. And it went back in the rack to be re-served to someone else. I'm clean, but what about the other guy?
My experience picking a delivery from this store was awful. Despite patiently waiting for close to 15mins to be served, I was told to wait further so they can serve customers who came in way after I had walked in yet I was next in line. Delivery drivers are equally important as customers that walk in or use the drive thru. Whatever happened to professionalism
