Despite patiently waiting for close to 15mins to be served, I was told to wait further so they can serve customers who came in way after I had walked in yet I was next in line. Delivery driversare equally important as customers that walk in or use the drive thru. Whatever happened to professionalism????

This place was also out of chicken what chicken place can be out of chicken. Service was very rude especially to other customers not going backto this location.

I go back to the store I tell them what happene... read more I ordered the number two with an extra breast instead of the wing. I get back to my house and I have two thighs. I go back to the store I tell them what happened. I get a box I presume it's a whole new meal, nope! So all they gave me was two breasts so Ihad to take the side the biscuit out of one and put into the other instead of just having a whole fresh meal. I do all the extrawork. Customer service really must be dead at KFC and not just this one.

Service was slow. I was the only customer at the counter, and had a very simple order, 1 pc box. And they got it wrong. ???? They did give me an extra cookie for my inconvenience. So... There's that I guess. I was a little uncomfortablethat they took my wrong food and put it back on the line to serve again. I touched it. And it went back in the rack to bere-served to someone else. I'm clean, but what about the other guy?

Unfortunately, they got it wrong. They did offer me an extra cookie as compensation, so that's something, I suppose. However, I felt a bit uneasy when they took my wrong order and put it back on the line to be served again. I had touched it, and then it went back on the rack to be served to someone else. I'm clean, but what about the next person?
