Excellent dinner again. Did the dinner for two. Quantity and quality were great. Server was very nice and professional.

While the food was very good, I miss the old steak soup recipe

Cooked reasonably well, slightly underdone on a couple of bites, but that's better than overdone. good flavor for a ribeye. Sides were roasted well.

Service was terrible. Salads came after our entrée was brought...then one salad was wrong, when corrected had no salad dressing. AND, they charged us extra for the salads since they were a substitute for one of our sides. Server never checked back. Baked potato was cold, un-cut, and had no butter or any other toppings. High dollar steak was only fair quality. When the manager was informed by server, the manager NEVER came to the table to check to see what the issues or concerns were. Simply told server to take $25 off entire meal of 6 people, which was over $350 in total. An insult at best! We have eaten there many times with no or only minimal issues, but this one did us in...will not be going back...not for the quality one pays for and should expect from a higher dollar steak house. Outback or Longhorn does a much better job for much less money. Sad and extremely disappointing. The Sunday evening manager of that particular Hereford House is lazy and not manager material.

Great food and drink. Wonderful service. Enjoyed the evening.
