Workers kept focusing on being mean to the new girl, saying she was contributing to an idiocracy instead of just making my order. 7 people working and the new girl was the only one who did her job of putting rice and beans in my bowl, and then when itgot to the girl that said she was contributing to the idiocracy, she kept literally dancing and ignoring my requests for chickenand other toppings, until 5 minutes later she finally realized that my now cold beans and rice were mine. When I told her Iwanted chicken she said hold on and went back to doing the online order, so I left. Waste of time and precious gas to drive here

These poor people are about work and servants. They do a great job to treat them and work through the masses. Hopefully, the new one on the road will reduce a little load there.

My girlfriend loves this place but I'm not a big fan of it. Paige loves it and eat lunch there about 3 or 4 times a week and a couple nights a week she gets dinner there and I go somewhere else. Different people different taste. And that old saying happy wife happy life.

My food was good but the service is just not very good anymore. Not really their fault. It's just that between trying to wait on the customers in their lobby waiting in line to order their food. They have to stop what they're doing and do the call in orders and the DoorDash type orders. Things like that so it takes a long time to get through the line. Too bad they can't let the back kitchen area take care of the online orders but it is what it is

This is a very average Chipotle. Evening here is just average, from the service (I witnessed employees standing around while a customer was complaining and another one waiting) to the food, they run out of ingredients, the garlic steak was full of grissle. A far cry from the greatness of the original location in Denver! So sad. If you have an option, go to a different one.
