The last thing patients or visitors want is to deal with baristas and managers who have a bad attitude. They mixed up our drinks and then made us feel bad about it when they had to remake them. I've always appreciated this Starbucks inside the hospital, but from now on, I think I'll just get coffee from the cafeteria or visit the Starbucks outside the hospital. The manager really needs to get it together. View all feedback.
They never make my drink right and when I ask for them to fix I always get a attitude. Starbucks is literally charging me for you to put it in there.
They are quick, but this location does not accept the barcode on app nor coupons sent to their actual app.I feel that if you work at a location in a hospital with family going through alot they should be a bit more polite.
I went in today and the man with the glasses and the short beard with gray hair ring my order up wrong and when I explained my order was wrong the lady was nasty about it and did not want to make my drink over so I asked for a refund my total was $8.06 he only gave me $6 and some change back so he took my 2 dollars made me late to work and was rude I do not recommend going there if he is there I think he is the manager very unprofessional and unfriendly and stole 2 dollars that I was owed and would not give me a refund receipt
