I had never tried Honduran food before, and I'm always on the lookout for tasty dishes—bonus points if it's from a food truck. While in the area around Memorial Hospital and feeling quite hungry, my husband and I stopped at a little gas station. Tucked away behind it was a food truck, and I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu options. I decided to go for the Pupusas, while my husband ordered the Carne Asada plate. Both were fantastic! I must admit, I couldn't resist stealing one of his tortillas, which came with a side of corn tortillas—so flavorful! The refried beans were a delightful surprise; it's been ages since I had truly good ones. As for the price, it seems everything is expensive these days. We spent $33 on our meals and two Cokes. I will definitely be visiting again!
This place is way too expensive compared to other restaurants, and the portions are ridiculously small. I just paid $30 for two orders of tiny tacos. Absolutely overpriced!
