Our dining experience at this restaurant was the highlight of our stay. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the tuna salad sub, but I'm sure anything on their menu is perfect. Thank you, Jon Smith Subs!

After reading the reviews we were looking forward to trying a couple of the sandwiches... read more My wife and I ate at this restaurant Monday 4/22/2024 for the first time. After reading the reviews we were looking forward to trying a couple of the sandwiches. Unfortunately when we ordered we also received an unwanted side order of attitude. My wife has some dietary restrictions which dictate her eating smaller meals. Plus she wasn't overly hungry so she wanted to order a kids size meal, which she often does at different restaurants. Initially the server, Solomon J who informed us he was the franchisee, told her kids meals were for age 12 and under. When we pointed out the menu board did not state that, he begrudgingly decided to take her order, but he went on and on about how kids meals were the loss leader on the menu and the store looses money every time they make one. When he didn't stop we both informed him he was already making us think twice about returning. A little reluctantly we decided to place the order and at least try the sandwiches. The staff quickly prepared our order and delivered it to our table. We unwrapped our sandwiches and began eating and quickly noticed the amount of mayo on each sandwich. Not just a little, there was a lot. In fact all you could really taste was the mayo. Every time I tried to take a bite, the meat and cheese tried to slide out of the other side of the sandwich which made it a little difficult to eat. Never the less we powered through lunch and both agreed this would be our last meal at this restaurant. If we are ever in that area again at any mealtime and are hungry for a sub sandwich, we'll go down to Publix and get it there. To be fair, we did notice the place was very clean and well organized and the rest rooms were spotless. The fries were pretty good, but not the best we ever had.

We were the only customers in the building and waited a pretty long time. 2 teenage boys grabbed some napkins to sit and eat their lunch on the patio and management threw a fit and was yelling at them.
