If you haven't been yet, you don't know what you're missing, to me they are far better than steak and shake not even in the same category. The food is amazing and the customer service is beyond 100% always. Restaurants always clean. Food prices are right about where everybody else is so it's worth it. If the food's good and it is, I definitely recommend going to Culver's on monument

I had been to the Culver's location on the Westside the young lady who brought our food to our table had some of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced... read more I had been to the Culver's location on the Westside the young lady who brought our food to our table had some of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. She was personable, friendly, even brung us samples of the custard as we were first time customers. She even went above beyond gave us each a kids meal bag that offered a free scoop on your next visit. I expected the same quality service at this location, but my experience here was AWFUL! I bragged about this place to my friends and we decided to visit this location. We ordered our food, went to a table. After waiting 25 minutes, I go to the counter to inquire see our food just sitting there. A teen brought our food, set it down, then just walked off no apology, thank you nothing. We get our food and it's incorrect. Now this entails another 15 minute wait along with another walk-up to the counter, food rudely sat down again. We ate, the food was good but the experience itself had been ruined. IF I return to Culver's it will NOT be at this location!

On friday 6-13-24 I got the cod fish dinner with cole slaw and tarter sauce. At 8pm I became violently sick and was throwing up til 4am. They telling the customers that they can no longer get drinks or ice cream because they want to close everything down already. Manger is not helpful or nice . The workers here are very rude .
