So frustrating..long day at work and hungry stopped to pick up an order and they were closed. Terrible..if you need to close change your hours and disable online ordering..it’s not rocket science.

However, recently there's been a string of mismanagement and bad incidents. Just yesterday I ordered a family meal for pick-up, only to arrive to find the store was closed down. There was a paper saying something about a staff emergency. While it was annoying, I thought that it wasn't a big problem, I'll have to go somewhere else, and I'll call them later. The next day however, after multiple failed calls to them, it turns out they were still closed, and yet still the order was still confirmed and charged to me. If a staff emergency causes your store to suddenly shut down for 2 days without any other indication besides showing up to your doorstep (because it still says this store is open during these days) then there's something majorly wrong with how this place is handled. Such a shame.
