Mr. Pig Stuff - Shakopee

Mr. Pig Stuff catered our wedding in October. They crushed it! Communication the week before was great and timely. Great food! Pig roast, beans, coleslaw, potato salad, mac and cheese, and garden salad. We had plenty of leftovers too! We served about 40 people that next day at a low key day after wedding party for our out of town guests and good friends. Bar service was great. Staff were attentive. They were flexible with last minute changes and additions (coffee, cake cutting). The venue staff was slacking on releasing tables, and Mr. Pig Stuff staff jumped up to make it go smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Mr Pig Stuff is legit! They are the absolute best at catering weddings in Minnesota. Everyone loves the spread. The potatoes, the cornbread, the coleslaw and of course the meats! I was fortunate enough to DJ three weddings that they have catered And they are always amazing! Obviously, I'm a huge fan and it's nice to know that the employees are all just as awesome as the food. I can't wait until the next wedding. I get to DJ where they are catering. They're always on time and always making sure that there is plenty of food for everyone at the event. A 5/5 I wish I had some more pictures.

We catered Mr. Pig Stuff BBQ for our wedding and we were/still are BLOWN AWAY!!! Kip is absolutely amazing to work with. Our guests are still raving about how good the food was and how great the service was. We did a buffet style pig roast with Au gratin potatoes, baked beans and corn bread with the best honey butter. It was honestly the perfect combo! We also had walking tacos for a late night snack which guests really enjoyed as well. I am giving them 100/5 stars, it was that good! Thank you so much for playing a large part on our wedding day and ensuring everything went well. We will definitely be back to the restaurant in the future.

We had Mr. Pig Stuff cater our wedding on 7/2/22. The food and service that Mr Pig Stuff provides is superb. Our guests are still raving about the food. I have been told many times that it was the best food they have ever eaten at a wedding. The food was hot and fresh. We had pulled pork, ribs, beer can chicken and added on Beef Brisket. Our sides were the cheesy potatoes, baked beans, vegetables, and of course their amazing warm cornbread muffins with the cinnamon honey butter served on the side. It was all delicious. We also had them do our Bar service and that was amazing as well. All of their staff was friendly and so accommodating. I would highly recommend Catering Mr Pig Stuff for your wedding or any large event.

I've died and gone to barbeque heaven. If this place is consistently as good as it was last night it's 100% the best barbeque place in Minnesota. Ribs were tender and falling off the bone, pulled pork was rich but not overly fatty, the brisket was tender but not overly fatty. The sides were perfection as well great baked beans, cheesey au gratin potatoes that are some how better than any I've had out or homemade, and the jalapeno slaw has a big kick but pairs nicely with the pulled pork. Cornbread is well done, not too sweet but if sweet is your style there's a honey butter that will take you away to that special place. I just tried the viniger sauce but it was perfect with a good bite and a bit spicy. Honestly though sauce was entirely optional as the meats stood out boldly on their own. Already planning another trip it was that good.
