The chicken tenders were good, but starting to price themselves out of my rotation.

Need to bring back the buffet. They are still acting and treating people like cobid is still in full effect. I placed a mobile order for an 8-piece bucket, which was ready by 6... read more I had a deeply disappointing experience at the KFC store in Shakopee that I’d like to share. I placed a mobile order for an 8-piece bucket, which was ready by 6:15 PM. I arrived at the store just two minutes later, but was told by a staff member that I needed to wait because my order wasn’t ready yet. To my surprise, my food was sitting in the pickup area all along. I ended up waiting for 50 minutes, checking in with several different employees to understand why my order was taking so long, especially since I had seen others being served while I waited. After about an hour, I decided to cancel my order. At that point, they called the store manager, who confirmed that my order had been sitting there unused for the entire time. What was particularly upsetting was that while I waited, staff members were fulfilling other customers' orders, including those who arrived after me. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, the employees appeared to be smiling and laughing about the situation. When I finally received my order, the 8 pieces of chicken were cold. Despite the poor condition of the food, the manager didn’t offer to replace it with fresh chicken. It felt like they simply didn’t care. I’ve always loved KFC, but this experience has made me realize that I need to prioritize my dignity over my cravings. It’s disheartening to think that some businesses may not treat all customers with the respect they deserve based on their race or background.
