Ordered my food with the app at 4:17 p.m app said your order will be ready by 4:33 p.m. I go inside at 4:30 I was the only person in there other than a few drive through patrons. Need to bring back the buffet. They are still acting and treating people like cobid is still in full effect. My chicken was cold as was the potatoes and gravy. I was pretty disappointed.
A 15-minute wait for a chicken sandwich? Come on! There were 3-4 staff members just standing around doing nothing. There should never be a shortage of chicken.
The food and staff are outstanding! I'm really glad this KFC is in the area. There aren't many left, but they do an excellent job.
However, I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes with no update. By 4:42, I decided to ask about my food, and I noticed that the chicken warmers were full. I then requested to speak with the manager. A short man in a black shirt took my name, opened a bag, tossed in my chicken, and handed it to me without any further explanation. Overall, the customer service was quite disappointing.
