Always a great store to shop, I've been shopping at hy-Vee stores since before I could walk.

I have had a horrible experience using their online ordering system. None of the managers seem to know what they are doing, including the general manager. The employees at the fuel station appear to be under the influence. Overall, it was a disaster.

In the januar this year we have completed catering for our high time. booker, the catering manager for the site shakopee was responding to our first email exchanges now and polite? nothing. our high time is 3 weeks away on 8/14/21 and we have nothing yet to hear from the catering manager about our last number of guests and catering plan. many attempts have been made to reach booker in order not to happen. this let us find a new catererer with 3 weeks, in the midst of other high-time reschedules during a global pandemic. couples have been through this year enough in high-time planning, suppliers who are mostly unreacting from a CORPORATE company are extremely tasteless. we found a new, reliable catererer. a few (technically less than) 3 weeks to leave to find a new caterer is respectful and stressful. frankly, this company should be ashamed.
