Changing my review. Previous review was 1 star. What a change! The people that were working today were very uptempo and had great attitudes! One of the drivers (white chrysler 300) was very outgoing and took some time to talk about how great theweather was. The staff at this location are completely unprofessional and lack any basic customer service skills. I witnessed a cashier talk down to an elderly woman multiple times simply because she could not see well and requested assistance reading the prompt on thescreen at the register. Staff like theses are not good for business!
Up until recently this place has been amazing. Unfortunately, my last 2 orders have included 5 items, and only 2 of them were correct. And that is only of you include me purchasing maranara sauce seperately for cheese bread. Today I ordered buffalo wingsalong with a sausage, pepperoni, jalapino pizza and some Parmesan and red pepper packets. I recieved some bbq wings with apepperoni pizza and no Parmesan or red pepper packets. I dont know what change in april but it is showing strong on the customerfront.
I had an amazing experience with customer service today! I visited the restaurant with my 7-year-old daughter, who was craving a slice of cheese pizza. Since they don't sell pizza through the window, the cashier and I looked for other options, but she wasn't really thrilled about any of them. Eventually, she settled on the cheese bread. Out of the blue, the cashier returned from the kitchen and offered to bake a cheese pizza just for us! It was so thoughtful of them, completely unexpected, and it made my daughter's day!
Revising my review. I previously rated this place 1 star, but what a difference! The staff working today was energetic and had fantastic attitudes. One of the drivers (in a white Chrysler 300) was particularly friendly and even chatted with me about how nice the weather was. I checked in, got my order, and they were thoughtful enough to fetch my Coke and check if it was cold enough for me. This place has improved significantly and absolutely deserves every star I gave it today! Well done!
I was really disappointed once again. My wings were not good at all; they barely had any Buffalo sauce, were extremely dry, and just didn’t taste right. I couldn't even finish them.
