Chili's Grill - Shakopee

The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. She never rushed us. The ribs were not falling off the bone and were slightly dry for my sons, but the Cajun Pasta was incredible.

The service is always excellent at this restaurant. The food is served hot and is good value for the money. We take advantage of the Rewards program and appreciate the great culinary experience with each visit. Thank you!

The first time I visited this restaurant, I was alone and ordered the 3-pick combo plate. The waitress was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. The only issue was the wait time for my food, which was around 25-35 minutes. I noticed that a couple who arrived after me received their food at least 60 seconds sooner. I would rate this experience four stars.

This restaurant was not bad at all!! The staff and service were excellent and everyone was friendly!! The food, understandably since we arrived late, was not the best and the restaurant was empty because it was late at night. However, the staff did an amazing job. My husband and I dined at Chili's Grill and Bar in Shakopee, MN at 4:00 PM on Friday, October 16, 2020. When we asked for our own menus, our waitress, Nicole, told us they only had five and said they were going to be replaced soon. We were surprised as the restaurant was not busy. We decided to share the three meat fajitas, which included steak, shrimp, and pork. The portions seemed smaller and the prices higher than before, but the quality of the food was still good. While we appreciate the need to watch our weight, it felt unnecessary for the waitress to point it out.
