I accidentally placed my order to the wrong store. I called to see if I could have them refunds my order. I spoke with Kimmy, and she was able to help me and provided me with a credit onto my account. The process was quick and easy and took less than 5 minutes. Being a manager in the food service industry, I appreciate the ease of this process. View all feedback.
What Richmond Legros doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
Ignored inside. Focusing too much on drive thru. 3 people waited for quite some time. They saw us waiting and did not acknowledge we were there. All 3 of us walked out. Sad. View all feedback.
Beautiful seating, especially for groups with large tables. Friendly staff and drive through. Brad, I think that was his name, is a super nice guy. Driving through is also available. If you come from 169 to this place, there is no left curve at Caribou. Instead, just pass the Caribou and turn left on the first signal. Then turn left into the street for Home Depot and the city houses, on this street go straight and make another left past the cinema and turn left into the parking lot to share the cinema and caribou. From here it is easy to go back to 169 or 13 but you need to go back the way you have for other routes. The only con with this place is the time-consuming wrap that is needed to get it in the parking lot. I don't expect a left turn-off soon for the Caribou or Filmtheater.
Even with all new people and there everything has to learn. I am always treated with smiles and very friendly staff. I am happy to stop every time I drive thru.
They set the record for longest wait in the drive through with only two cars in front of me on June 12th at 12:50pm. 12 minute wait in the drive through.
Bad experience. Ordered 2 Everything bagels toasted, buttered, plain creme cheese. Got 2 Everything bagels not toasted but ever so slightly warm, 2 tubs of butter and no creme cheese. Expected to receive Everything I ordered, ready to open and eat while I drove. C'mon. It's a drive thru. Why should I need to pull over and assemble my bagels (not that the butter would have melted, they were so slightly heated)? It's a drive thru. Oh, and they don't take Wings debit cards. That complicated things too. All and all a bad experience. I won't be stopping in again.
Nice Caribou branch, so far I've liked all the staff I've interacted with. Definitely will be returning in the near future.
