Goebels Country Store - Shady Cove

You were the catering for my cousin's wedding. The staff was friendly and the whole food was high quality. A problem with vegetable salads is that the cucumber is stagnated most of the time, I am pleased to report that the greens were enthusiastic crispy.

Real Texas BBQ has done right! The meat on the ribs was pulled off the bone, well seasoned, the cartilage perfectly boiled and large texture added. The gobel beans were smokey and tender, not too sweet. I love the Brisket sandwich! Everything was so juicy, tasteful and delicate without being cooked or treated over! Laura and Kendra were amazing! Take care of their customers and there is a lot of love in their food! Interesting and food allergy friendly! They took care of my safety! So glad we stumbled in this place!

I've never been to Texas, but I know what Texas BBQ should be, I had a lot that claimed to be Texas BBQ and have disappointed me every time. Goebel did it right! This is the BEST BBQ I've ever had! They are so friendly and proud of amazing BBQ. We visited Washington and it was so good that we went back the next day just to take more home. Make yourself a favor and just go, don't even think about it.

My friend and I had packed their Bar-B-Que Brisket sandwiches with one side of BBQed Jalapenos with cheese in bacon. I'll go back there. Soon!!! They also have chickens and ribs. I'll see her. I hope to see you there too. Enjoy

The BBQ food was fantastic. Had the smoke brisket and it was flavorful and tender. Want to go back for the pork belly. Will stop in again on my way through Shady Cove. Might even have to take a road trip just for the place. Service was outstanding.
