Phil's Frostys - Shady Cove

Amazing! I have loved this place since I was a kid. We would stop on our way home from camping. It is still just as good as I remember. Nothing seems as good as when I was a kid but Phil's frosty still delivers. I drive from Grant's pass for it and it's worth it every time.

From out of state visiting the area. The family and I really loved the ice cream and shakes. The ladies taking our orders were very sweet. For just being two working they did their best to provide quick service. There was covered seating outside and some seating inside. Great spot to enjoy some simple ice cream.

Aug 9, 2024 The young girl behind the counter was RUDE, Disrespectful and had a Nasty Attitude. Where is the Owner ??? Or at least a Manager To say the least there needs to be training for Customer Service !!! Definitely some authority figure to monitor and guide the employee. Your Employees Represent the Owner And I would like to believe the Owner Cares how their employee ate treating their customer. In addition allowing your employees to wear clothing so short and skin tight that shows every body crack and crevices is unprofessional. Is this a Burger place or a Brothel ? Our Family lives in Shady Cove and has eaten here often. Your Milk Shakes are the Best. No matter how yummy, it is definitely Not worth spending another dime in support of your business if you continue to employee such Rude girls. Very Disappointing Experience.
