Just left the drive thru the male with the red or whatever colored hair was so nasty just disgusting to me. I tried to hand him the card machine he ripped it out of my hand also said here ya go and slammed the window in face. How nasty and just rude Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So yesterday afternoon, which was 7 2 23, I drove through the Starbucks, drive-through and ordered as usual and then pulled up to the window and I asked the person to scan to see if it will take any points or not and then I handed the cash and I noticed a little bit of an attitude, so then I got my change back thinking everything was OK and this person had the meanest and hardcore judge mental look on their face and I told them to have a nice day, and they stared at me and completely ignored me. Rude as hell.

Second week of getting old cold coffee. Luke warm at best and tastes terrible. At 6:15am in the morning you know its old left over coffee from yesterday. And they don't even try to hide it.

Everyone there is always so nice. If they make a mistake they always take care of it properly.
