Firebrand Bbq - Seward

We had an amazing BBQ experience on a rainy day after a fishing trip. Our group was large for a work event, and Firebrand did a fantastic job accommodating everyone's needs. The service was quick, and they offered a great selection of beers. We were relieved to have an indoor space given the weather, but fortunately, it ended up not raining! They also have fireplaces to keep you warm if needed. This has become an annual tradition for us post-fishing, with some folks also participating in the Lost Lake run.

This place is amazing!!! We got wagyu ribs that fall off the bone, best crab legs I've had in a long time, huge loaded potato(and it's truly loaded) and brisket sandwich. Everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection! I would also recommend getting their sweet tea. They have a nice seating area outside that is filled with best smells coming from the grill. Service was great and quick! We are here for a few days and will for sure have to try out their breakfast!

For Seward, this was good BBQ! For someone who's been to Texas? obviously I've had better lol. Let me start off by saying that I personally only ordered the loaded bbq potato with ribs and that's all I can speak about. The baked potato could've used more butter and sour cream, and cheese! It's a large potato but it needed to be more loaded! I chose the ribs as my meat and it came with 4 ribs!! They were so good. Needed more seasoning BUT they were so soft. The didn't fall off the bone but they sure did once you took a bite! Highly recommend the ribs! They only offered outside seating which were first come first serve. I also recommend the bbq sauce because my family literally couldn't stop talking about it! WARNING: WHOLE BUNCH OF MOSQUITOS

Absolutely the best pulled pork sandwich that I've had in as long as I I can remember. When you are lucky enough to find a place to eat where all the locals go, you can be certain that the food is fabulous!!!!! M. Reilley Pittsford, NY

Drove by this place all week wanting to stop but was leery about BBQ this far north. Wow. Awesome food and ice cold Shiner with Texas Red Dirt playing in background. Had their chopped brisket sandwich and beans for lunch. Some of the best brisket I've had in a while. Came back for dinner and had the pork ribs plate. Fall off the bone and tender. It came with all sides, which were delicious. Definitely a must have when in Seward May-September. They are also reasonably priced for Alaska. A friend of mine had the smoked crab clusters and they were amazing. Stopped on my way out for breakfast and had the brisket breakfast burrito. It's all good with fast, friendly service.
