It's quite surprising that there's even an option to share feedback, and that it would actually reach Aramark, haha. Nonetheless, I have to rate their delicious microwaved grain bowls and egg and cheese wraps a perfect 10/10!

After another 15 minutes, I went back to check again, but they just said they were overwhelmed and suggested I shouldn’t return. Feeling frustrated, I decided to leave and head back to my dorm. The service at Pug Jim's was disappointing. Later on, the staff came looking for me, saying he had called my name six times. However, my friends and I were paying attention, and he never actually called for me.

Unfortunately, it's the only late-night v... read more The owner of Pub Jim has gained a poor reputation on campus due to his rude and dismissive attitude towards customers. Unfortunately, it's the only late-night venue in town, and he seems to take advantage of that. He frequently uses the loudspeaker to scold patrons over minor issues and has even threatened to eject people for trivial reasons. This kind of disrespect has convinced my friends and me that we won't be coming back. If I could give it zero stars, I certainly would. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It only stays in business because there are few other options available late at night.
