Mario... read more We stumbled upon Celmar on our first day in Portugal and it was so good that we ate three times during our holiday which was only a week. It’s fantastic. Mario and his family who, between them, do the cooking, service , desserts. The food is sensational and the service is brilliant. Favourites include; chiefs special rice, clams, beef tartare, tuna ceviche, tiramisu and mama rice pudding. We love this restaurant and would recommend it to everyone who loves their food. Thank you Mario and family.
