We were late because we spent... read more The restaurant is located very close to the sea which provides a really good ambience. We had the option to sit inside or outside. We were late because we spent a lot of time trying to park our car so I recommend you to use the parking from the hotel “Sesimbra” and just pay for it. The waiters were very friendly, the only situation that I would think would be a step up would be a small introduction to the food when they bring it. The food was ok, very diverse but nothing that special. We had the degustation menu and we were satisfied with it. The price was also very cheap for what we had so we couldn’t expect more.

An interesting menu but honestly a little disappointing for us as we know these dishes well . We are French Italian Irish , we’ll travelled. Goats cheese Ravioli with spinach almonds a bit tasteless too creamy . Crème Brûlée could have been great looked lovely but it wasn’t torched enough for the famous brûlée croquant cap crispy top that is SUCH a pleasure to crack through to the custard Staff were lovely Good selection of wines Would , however , give it a second visit to try other dishes .

We have tried the top Portuguese restaurants advised by TripAdvisor and it was already really nice but here at Espadarte, you get to taste Portuguese food but in a more refined way.

The restaurant is located near the sea that offers a really good ambiente. we had the opportunity to sit inside or outside. we were too late because we spent a... read more The restaurant is located near the sea that offers a really good ambiente. we had the opportunity to sit inside or outside. we were too late because we spent a lot of time parking our car so I recommend you to use the parking space of the hotel sesimbra and just pay for it. the waiters were very friendly, the only situation that I would consider to be a step upwards would be a small introduction to eat when they bring it. eating was ok, very diverse, but nothing special. we had the tasting menu and we were satisfied with it. the price was also very favorable for what we had, so we could not expect more.
