Everything is made in-house, which you can taste straight away from the first bite. The pasta is served al-dente, so if you prefer yours more cooked be sure to notify the staff. The owner Stefano is a true Roman in spirit, very generous and friendly. Awesome experience overall!

I was adventurous and had the goat for the main course. It was tasty, but with lots of small bones so if you are fussy about eating with your hands try something else. Good local wine list and the staff helpful about making a good selection.

As it was Monday, most rest... read more We ate here on first night of our holiday. It is located in a beautiful medieval hilltop village which is definitely worth visiting. As it was Monday, most restaurants in Sermoneta were shut, but “Ghost” was open. We had a delightful meal. Complimentary mountain goat cheese with honey and nuts to start, followed by herb infused fagioli beans. I had pappardelle with porcini and truffle while my husband enjoyed a meltingly tender braised beef stew. Dessert was a pannacotta with berry sauce. All super quality and friendly service although no English spoken. Highly recommended traditional Italian food.
