The staff is very fast and cheerful!

We were having dinner with a few families. The staff was very unfriendly to us and failed to serve the food we had paid for so I literally had to go to the bar kitchen several times to ask for the fondue cheese or extra bread. In the meantime they just came by to serve extra drinks which seems to be their business model. It was crazy hot inside like last year when we were here and they forbid us to open up a window even a little bit.. We won't come back here ever again.
