After a visit of the burg we explored the bakery and the load. the vegan brot is characterized and the load has a lot of organic products (no fresh vegetables)... read more After a visit of the burg we explored the bakery and the load. the vegan brot is characterized and the load has a lot of organic products (no fresh vegetables) the restaurant has a daily changing daily meal, which was with a lens soup, salat, ball with chutney, papadum and veggie apot with rice diverse and tasteful. service is really fast. they even had a vegan, sugar-free chocolate cake. one of the only good opportunities in the opposite.

There was a daily menu which consisted of a lentil soup, salad, rice, papadum, some kind of curry, and a fried ball with spinach and cheese. Although the restaurant is fully vegetarian and mostly vegan, they do use milk from their own cows (which are very well cared for). Even though I'm a vegan, I still tried the fried cheesy ball and it was delicious like everything else. They also serve some basic dishes such as fries and lasagna. I would definitely recommend eating here. Visiting the castle was very interesting as well. It was beautiful and we learned a lot!
