I would recommend going into the COEX-Mall and using the map screens there to locate it. I had the potato pancakes that were very satisfying. also ordered the cold noddles in soy milk, which were also quite decent.

I had a small, light pancake that was excellent.

It had a nice flavor and you can add salt or sugar to your liking. The scallion pancake was large and delicious. The restaurant is located one floor below B1, past several Korean food restaurants. After turning right, going down some stairs, and up an escalator next to a gym, turn left to find the restaurant on your right. There may be other routes to get there, but this is how I found it.
