I personally prefer hot soups, but I thought the cold soy milk soup at this restaurant was good. It had a nice flavor and you can add salt or sugar to your liking. The scallion pancake was large and delicious. The restaurant is located one floor below B1, past several Korean food restaurants. After turning right, going down some stairs, and up an escalator next to a gym, turn left to find the restaurant on your right. There may be other routes to get there, but this is how I found it.
Good value spot in the mall full of local workers. A chance to try the traditional seasonal soya cold noodle dish. Delicious banchan too.
This restaurant is quite difficult to find, but I suggest going to COEX mall and using the map screens there to locate it. I tried the potato pancakes, which were very satisfying, and also ordered the cold noodles in soy milk, which were pretty decent as well.
I’ve just visited the restaurant, unfortunately there were no vegan/vegetarian options available. It appears that the menu changes seasonally.
Located inside the Starfield Co Ex mall, this restaurant can be a bit tricky to find but is worth the hunt. It is a hidden gem, popular among locals. They offer mostly authentic dishes, although there are limited options for vegans as most noodles contain fish sauce (specifically clams). However, the red bean noodle is a suitable option for those looking for a vegan choice, although it is only available seasonally and not during the summer. I personally enjoyed the scallion light pancake, which was delicious.
