I read online that Gusto Taco has gf opt... read more Delicious food, nice vibes, NOT gluten free. I ordered the pork and tofu sets both were flavorful, juicy and delicious. I read online that Gusto Taco has gf options, but nope, their menu clearly states that everything has gluten. I caved in and ate there anyways. I definitely have a bit of stomachache but the owner was super honest and clear that their tortillas contain wheat flour. (Maybe make some pure corn ones and freeze them for us gluten troubled? I’d totally pay extra.

Cheese was added to the top of the quesadilla, so it had more flavor. I heard that they make their own tortillas, and it tasted healthier and felt like they put a lot of effort into it! *It was a little inconvenient because it wasn't table order. Please note that payment is made in advance.
