I ordered the mushroom bao, an endive salad, and the ratatouille, and everything was delicious! We were surprised to be seated at the bar, but it turned out to be fine. We all really enjoyed our meal.

One of their signature dishes is the Bao, with a vegan option available called the mushroom bao. I celebrated my birthday here with my non-vegan friends and they were impressed! The chef studied at a Cookery school in London, so he is skilled at using a variety of spices and is creative in mixing ingredients - making his dishes anything but boring. Nearly every dish can be customized to be vegan or vegetarian, as the owner himself is flexitarian and understands veganism well. It's a great spot to enjoy small plates and wine, even with non-vegan friends. The open kitchen allows you to see the chefs in action, adding to the trustworthiness of the experience. And if you don't speak English, no need to worry - the chef used to live in the UK, so he likely speaks English as well.
