So I used to work in this hotel that the restaurant is in. I had to work in this disgusting kitchen all the time. It was so nauseating that I called the Health Dept on two separate occasions. Not only am I shocked no one has been seriously injured from contaminated food, but the guy that owns it repeatedly ripped off his staff. I've eaten at Fabio's in Cortland and LOVED it; can't wait to try the new place here in town!!!
I sincerely apologize to the customers that I had to sadly tell that we didn't have any lettuce for your salads tonight...and the table of 6 who had a waitress who never waitressed before, but mostly I am sorry for ever making the decision to leave my last job to be treated as badly as I have at this job. No one knows what they are doing yet they are measuring the alcohol in their bottles because they are so afraid that a drop might not get paid for. The new un-experienced waitresses are trying their best yet they are not allowed to take home their own cash tips. The man is a control freak, dis-respectful to women, and has no clue how to run a business. How I regret and have learned a valuable lesson through this experience..get a grip!

The man who would run his restaurant like this should be ashamed and apologize to his staff and customers. Save your money and just get food from down the street if you 're staying in this hotel.
