The food is very good, delicious but the staff needs more attention in taking the orders. For the third time, I'm at this restaurant in Selma NC. I'm serving at home and checking my order. They didn't send me everything I ordered. I'm missing 3 things. and they charge you, the one who loses is one. Please, I ask for a little more customer service.

I approached the situation and managed to help him calm down. He probably thought I was a manager, but I was more concerned about how he was trying to intimidate and bully Theresa, the cashier, who remained remarkably calm and was just trying to explain how to resolve the issue. In my opinion, there was nothing wrong; this man simply saw an opportunity to take advantage of the staff and was doing his best to exploit it. Despite the unpleasantness he brought, Theresa and her team handled the situation brilliantly, working together to escort him out quickly. I want to give a shout-out to the team on September 29, 2023, around 1:00 PM. You all showed incredible unity and support during that incident. Thank you for making a difference with your dedication to your work; it doesn’t go unnoticed and is what makes the brand successful. Keep pushing forward and going above and beyond, even when it gets tough. I look forward to stopping by again on my next trip back to Georgia. The food was fresh, and my overall experience was exceptional!

The food and customer service were excellent. I ordered the garlic parmesan chicken and a strawberry biscuit. The chicken was served hot, and the sauce was delightful. However, the strawberry biscuit was somewhat dry. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service; they genuinely wanted to serve us and made us feel welcome, rather than a bother for simply dining in.
