Aside from that the emplo... read more So I've been coming to this location for a couple months and I have to say the ONLY downside to this location is the parking lot. Lol! Aside from that the employees are fantastic and they always get my order right. Today there were two young ladies working the window and I had some confusion over my salad that I ordered and they quickly swapped out my salad for a different one that fit my dietary needs. They were super busy so I felt horrible, but they were very polite and swift. No hold up to the line! Keep up the great work and thank you!

Their Spicy Chicken Deluxe and lemonade are the best! As busy as this place gets, the service is always great and fast. Dixie C. took our order and the food was ready a couple of minutes later. Love the friendly staff. The food is delicious and gone before I could take a pic. Their happy meals have quality toys for my little one. The cookies are delicious, but tastes even better if you take it home and microwave it for 10 secs. Will definitely be returning again soon.

I tried a salad that was excellent, bu... read more Everyone seems to love Chick-fil-A, and while I don't entirely understand the hype, I can see why people are drawn to it. I tried a salad that was excellent, but as usual, I left still feeling hungry. I was also taken aback by the high price relative to the small portion I received. On the plus side, the service is top-notch for a fast food restaurant. It's always impressive to see how long the lines are, as if they're offering free food. My daughter and grandchildren are big fans, which is why I found myself there. They insist that Chick-fil-A has the best ice cream around. However, considering the portion sizes, prices, and the crowded scene, I can only give it three stars. That said, I’ll likely be back, thanks to my grandchildren!

I placed an order through the app and made my way to the restaurant, only to discover it was closed due to inclement weather. I completely understand their need to shut down, but since I had already submitted my order and thought I had paid, I went inside to see if I could either retrieve my food or request a refund. Upon entering, one of the employees simply informed me that they were closed. I explained that I had already placed an order and was seeking a refund. Instead of offering assistance, she rudely shouted to her colleague, “This girl ordered on the app and wants a refund!” in a tone that felt extremely disrespectful. Another staff member approached to see what was going on, and when I politely reiterated my request, I received another dismissive reply: “It hasn’t gone through, we’re closed.” I've experienced rudeness at this location before, but tonight was the breaking point. I doubt my review will lead to any changes, but I felt it was important to share my experience because the staff's behavior was just unacceptable.
