I pulled in late to Don Betos one night on the way home from Raleigh to Massachusetts. They stayed open just for me, never pressed me to leave and the chow was great. Very friendly, clean, nice place all around. These are good people. Not a dreary chain. I'll make a point to come back when I am in N.C. again! View all feedback.

Orders a acc and they gave me an acp and then said they can't do nothing about it and keeps trying I said acp I don't know what acp is I never ever orders an acp I wanted shrimp not chicken acc not acp smh I'm so mad and I ordered 2 Acc and got two wrong orders smh View all feedback.
Eating was really good. we did the chicken and tacos teller through the journey through. they only came with chips and salsa, but it was enough food.
I have eaten here for a few years and now the cheese sauce is as thin as milk, not even stay on a chip. I will also quite often pick up well no longer they began to calculate a dollar to go fees, what for them do not have to wait my table to clean my teller? byebye
When I listen to the drive-dru window and I can hear the cook in the back sing I know my eating will be super good
I enjoyed my lunch, I got the steak-fajitas. also nice service. my only critique is that they need a little more taste.
After waiting for my 3 hard shell tacos in the drive thru for over 15 minutes because they offer was ready but they forgot about it and it sat, the tacos were soggy and fell apart. I went in the restaurant to explain to the manager and told him I just wanted my money back and he replied no that he would cook me 3 more tacos. I said no thanks I'm just going to go elsewhere and then he explained that he didn't have a key to the register so therefore he couldn't give me my money back. I explained that I would wait until the next transaction with the register and when it opened he could then obtain my refund of $6.89. He angryly walked off and after a couple minutes a female employee came over and explained that I would get a refund but I had to go back through the drive thru in order to get it!! I said, I'm standing right here in the restaurant by the same register that is used for the drive thru and why can't you just give me my refund now and save me the trouble of getting back in the drive thru line and having to wait. The male manager then walked up and said that was their company policy and if I wanted my refund then that's what I would have to do. So, I got back in my car and drove back through the drive thru and 10 minutes later received my refund. Can you believe that!!! I have noticed that since this COVID thing, some restaurants and people have become pure lazy, ignorant fools that could care less about anything. People, just do your jobs and if you don't like what you do then either quit or find another job!!
