When I arrived at the wind... read more I have been to Cook Out in Selma many times, but I have never encountered such rudeness before. I often feel rushed during my visits. When I arrived at the window to pay and pick up my food, I tried to get the staff's attention several times, but I was completely ignored. I had requested honey mustard at the speaker, but when I got to the window, the employee handed me the sauce and slammed the window shut. Lately, the service has been consistently poor, and at times, I have even been yelled at. Whenever I voice a complaint, the situation seems to worsen. I guess it's time for me to find another place to eat. They definitely need better training.
