Cook-out - Selma

We'd been talking about trying a Cook Out for some time when we'd been to places in the south. We finally stopped in. First thing: This location was drive-thru only. The meals were absolutely fantastic! And the prices... $4 for a burger? We felt like we went back in time! Plus numerous other great stuff, like chicken sandwiches, shakes, and some amazing fries! We will not pass up an opportunity to eat at another, you mark my words! Staff was friendly, although the drive-thru speaker seemed a little broken. Great stuff!

They took our order 5 minutes before closing. No fast food restaurant does that!!!! We were on a long drive and needed some food. Burger was delicious...cheese was melted. If I'm visiting this state again, I will be stopping here.

This was our first time visiting. The drive-thru was quick and friendly. The selection was extensive, and the food was good. We enjoyed trying something new and different. We would recommend a visit.

Love cookout but their milk shakes are to dang thick. I want to drink it not eat it. I'm driving so I want to drink. The floats are mostly ice cream no soda. I mean it is called a float
