Increasing prices and decreasing po... read more I purchased a large order of french fries to share, but it was hardly enough for a child's portion. I was very disappointed! Increasing prices and decreasing portion sizes is not the way to go. I understand that businesses need to make money, but I will not be returning after this experience.

I’ve had PLENTY of people in the past say the young lasses are rude and the bloke isn’t much better but I’ve never had a bad experience until yesterday. My uncle who has travelled from Hawaii was desperate for fish and chips and wanted to go to frying nemo for the famous name. He is very friendly and loves to talk to everyone and make a joke. When he said he’s travelled 11,000 miles for these fish and chips from Hawaii they said “no you’ve haven’t”, questioning him where he’s travelled from. Just outright rude. When leaving the shop, I heard the young lass say “who does he think he is Billy big balls”. My uncle was not rude, he loves to talk to everyone and have a laugh. A friendly approachable American. The fish was cold and dry. Chips were okay but ran out of curry sauce. Won’t be coming back and will be telling everyone how bad the customer service was.
