The doughnuts are decent, I prefer the... read more I visit this Dunkin a lot and it's average. My wife enjoys the coffee and the kids the occasional doughnuts or ice cream. The doughnuts are decent, I prefer the Krispy variety but you take what you can get. Their ice cream section, though, is in afrostburnt state of disrepair. Check the quality before ordering for sure. They are super busy during peak times but the staffwas kind enough to not deny my four year olds request for a sample. If you want coffee and can wait in line during rush hour,rest assured it'll be marginally better than a gas station.

She said this in front of me... a customer. Her tone is so NOT welcoming. I told her she should probablycheck her customer service skills because they 're not the best. She stated that she 's over worked. And In can understand thatbut sometimes it 's better to just take a step back for a minute and regroup. It beats down talking the people who keep you guysin business. Not only that. My doughnut was laid frosting down in the bag. What a waste. I tried to go inside and ask foranother one. I couldn 't due to the front of the store being boarded up like an abandoned building. I don 't recommend going tothis place in the mornings if you 're looking to start off on a positive note. Just go a little further down the road toStarbucks.

It feels like the manager is never present. Save yourself the trouble and instead support local small businesses that can provide fresh ice cream. Food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1.

Every time I've visited, I've received burnt food... read more I've never written a review before, but I've had consistently disappointing experiences at this Dunkin Donuts. Every time I've visited, I've received burnt food, poorly made coffee, and encountered unfriendly staff. It's the staff that prompted me to share this review. They often seem annoyed when I wait for parts of my order that haven't been given to me yet, or when they hand me a coffee with extras I didn't request. I can understand the occasional mix-up or a rough day, but this has happened every single time I've been there. I haven't had a positive experience in nearly two years. As a side note, I went to McDonald’s right after this visit, and the employee noticed our coffees and asked, "Did they mess up your order too?" That made me feel better about the situation, knowing it's not just me.

There were only three customers inside, yet it took them five minutes to take our order because the staff was yelling at each other. When they finally got to us, I ordered a hot latte, but they started making an iced one instead. The guy with the long, skinny dreads poured leftover caramel from the cups back into the ice bin, then left to his car to apply deodorant without washing his hands before returning to serve donuts. How many health violations is that? To top it off, he blared rap music at full volume and sang along! They gave a free donut sandwich and a large drink to a woman in a blue car while I had to pay for mine. I’m never coming back!
