Fries were solicitous and crispy hot! The young lady working in the drive thru had the kindest eyes. I was scared to ask for sauce but she was so nice I gained the courage. The sauce made my day. Thank you Wendy?s for the exquisite visit! Will be cominghere more often.
It's bad enough you're on the line for a long time, after all the long wait to come and receive stale burnt chicken nuggets that looks dirty and cold French fries. What a waste of money? At least the burger was fresh.
I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich, and this is what my meal looked like. It came with the wrong cheese and had two extra slices of cheddar, but there was no bacon included. The crispy pickles looked mushy and quite unappetizing, resembling vomit. I was completely disgusted when I opened my meal. Just so you know, this #12 meal costs about $10. Also, all the fries in my $35 order were cold. To top it off, they don't answer their phones either.
I would not recommend this place. My Diet Coke was watered down, and even after I mentioned it to the staff, they insisted that's how it's meant to be and refused to give me a replacement. Additionally, all of our sandwiches were poorly assembled, and one of them had a strange, hard substance on it that looked like old vegetables but felt like a twig. To make matters worse, the drive-thru service was very slow, and they also forgot to provide us with straws. After they refused to replace my drink, I was so frustrated that I didn’t think to check for the straws.
I ordered nuggets and they asked which sauce I wanted, but they forgot to include it in the bag. I received an overwhelming eight packets of sour cream for my potato, but there was no butter at all. The fries were hot and well-salted, which was nice. However, my sandwich was loose in the bag and not in its wrapper. Dining here is a bit of a gamble; sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s not. On the plus side, the drive-thru wait has improved significantly. It used to take 20-30 minutes to get through the line, but now it takes about 8 minutes.
