The shower was terrible, there was barely a trickle o... read more I have to say, we came back again this year for the speedway pairs event. The fire alarm was non-existent. The shower was terrible, there was barely a trickle of water. There were tea and coffee facilities but no spoons to stir with. When we wanted a drink on Saturday night after returning from Cardiff, we were told we were the only group in the establishment and they couldn't afford to open the bar unless we all chipped in £5 each to pay the staff. I don't think we will be coming back next year. There were 25 adults in our party.

The kids loved the little park and it’s dog friendly xx Thank you for a lovely stay x

We found this hotel through lodge booking.com advertised at £69 for a family room. We called the hotel to book at this price, even though they had never heard o... read more We found this hotel through lodge booking.com advertised at £69 for a family room. We called the hotel to book at this price, even though they had never heard of lodgebooking.com. We paid in full by card payment and said we would arrive at 1pm the following day. On arrival at 3.30pm we was told that they never had any information of our booking. We mentioned we paid by card but tgey couldnt find any of our detaild. The man there insisted on retaking our payment and would refund if it had already been taken!!! After 30 mins they eventually found our details with the card payment being processed. He said we would have to wait for 'a ' room to be cleaned. At this point we had been there nearly an hour. We was told to leave the hotel as the man knew he had upset us and would write a bad review anyway. We was not happy with 2 kids in the car, we had to travel around weston for 2 hours to find somewhere on a bank holiday weekend. Eventually we found a premier inn however my kids had to sleep on the floor!!!! That man in charge of this hotel was rude, unprofessional and showed no remorse!!!! DO NOT STAY THERE
